Founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, defines Mindfulness as “paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, and without judgment.” Life gets hectic, and it’s easy to become a human doing rather than a human being. By bringing Mindfulness into our lives, we develop a capacity to experience the present moment, and to create more fulfilling, grounded, and less stressful lives. As a Mindfulness coach, Elizabeth provides simple tools, while assisting you in developing a Mindfulness practice of your own.
Outside of her private practice, she has the honor of being the Mindfulness coach for My Peak Challenge, a global movement dedicated to educating and inspiring its members to live happier, healthier and more balanced lives, while raising funds to change lives.
