At Spoken, talk therapy — also known as psychotherapy — is the foundation of our work. Alongside other approaches such as EMDR, breathwork, and Psycletherapy™, it provides a grounding space for healing and growth.

In these sessions, we meet with individuals and couples to navigate trauma, grief, transitions, relationships, identity, and the complexities of being human — including the unique experiences of creatives.

Talk therapy offers a place to process, reflect, and move forward through conversation. Healing begins here and often deepens, supported by humor, authenticity, and compassion.

Sessions are available:

  • In-person at our West Hollywood office

  • Online anywhere in California through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
