Hi, I’m Caroline — a Los Angeles-based individual and couples therapist. I specialize in helping clients navigate sexual and relational challenges, grief, people-pleasing, self-worth issues, anxiety, burnout, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, and emotional dysregulation. I meet you wherever you are — with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that lasting change is possible.
I believe healing is holistic. My approach is relational and insight-oriented with a somatic foundation. I primarily draw from a trauma-informed psychodynamic lens, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman, existential, and humanistic modalities. I welcome all identities.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and completed my traineeship at Maple Counseling, where I worked with individuals and couples across the lifespan. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a decade in the wellness and entertainment industries — working in production and casting, as well as teaching yoga. Before that, I studied nutrition, health, and drama at USC.
As someone committed to my own inner work — including long-term somatic therapy and, soon, EMDR — I value authenticity and ongoing growth for both myself and those I work with.
Many people seek therapy when they realize their current ways of managing life are no longer sustainable. Life gets heavy, and sometimes it feels like you’re carrying it all alone. Pain is part of being human, but it doesn’t have to define you. Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to holding it together for others. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully seen.
I aim to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with your body, emotions, and sense of self. Together, we’ll deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, shift limiting patterns, and build tools for a more connected and authentic life. Therapy is sacred work, and I feel honored to walk alongside you.
