Therapy for Professionals, Creatives & Couples Navigating Transitions
(she/her)
You may be someone who appears to have it all together — driven, capable, and accomplished — yet privately feel overwhelmed by anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or a sense of disconnection. You may have spent years meeting expectations or pursuing success, only to realize something feels off or missing. When achievement comes at the expense of connection to yourself, your creativity, or your sense of purpose, it can leave you questioning what matters and what comes next.
Based in West Hollywood, serving clients across Los Angeles, many of the clients I work with are navigating periods of transition — whether in career, identity, relationships, or direction — and are looking to reconnect with themselves in a more meaningful way.
High-Achievers, Creatives
& Identity Exploration
I work with professionals, creatives, and individuals exploring identity, purpose, and self-worth. This often includes those navigating perfectionism, imposter syndrome, emotional overwhelm, and the tension between stability and authenticity. Together, we look at the internal patterns shaping your experience so you can move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are.
A Relational &
Insight-Oriented Approach
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in a humanistic framework. I see the therapeutic relationship as a place where new experiences can take shape—where you can feel seen, understood, and supported in trying something different. I bring curiosity, honesty, and a nonjudgmental presence to our work, and I’m comfortable engaging in the conversations that lead to meaningful change.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems theory, adapting our work to fit your needs. While we may address immediate challenges, we also focus on building emotional regulation, flexibility, and resilience over time.
LGBTQ+ Affirming
& Expansive Perspectives
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a performing artist, I bring both personal and professional perspective into my work. I aim to create a space that is affirming, attuned, and responsive to the ways identity, creativity, and lived experience intersect. I’m especially drawn to working with creatives, those exploring identity, and individuals engaging with deeper existential or spiritual questions.
Couples, Families &
Relationship Repair
I also work with couples and families navigating conflict, disconnection, and repair. Using a family systems lens, I support clients in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and developing more secure, connected relationships — whether you’re facing long-standing patterns or moving through a transition together.
From Corporate Life
to Clinical Work
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over twenty years in the corporate world. I understand firsthand the pressures of high-performance environments—the burnout, self-doubt, and quiet pull toward something more meaningful. This experience allows me to meet clients with both empathy and practical understanding.
A Space for Meaningful Change
Our work together is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. My goal is to support you in developing greater insight, agency, and self-trust so you can move forward with clarity and intention.
