Therapy for Creatives, Professionals & Individuals Navigating Life Transitions

(she/her)

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, perfectionism, or a major life transition, therapy offers a space to feel heard, understood, and empowered. Many of the clients I work with are balancing demanding careers, creative pursuits, relationships, or significant life changes while striving to stay grounded in who they truly are.

Supporting Creatives,
Professionals & High-Achieving Individuals

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in the entertainment industry. Combined with my clinical training, this experience allows me to understand the stress, burnout, and misalignment that often arise in high-pressure careers, creative industries, and academic environments.

I have a deep passion for supporting creatives, entrepreneurs, high-achieving professionals, and emerging adults as they navigate identity, purpose, and life’s transitions.

Trauma-Informed, Relational Care

I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, trauma and PTSD, perfectionism, complex family dynamics, body image concerns and eating disorders, identity exploration, and major life transitions—including career changes, marriage, postpartum and perinatal experiences, new parenthood, and emerging adulthood.

My approach is relational, holistic, and collaborative, honoring clients as the experts in their own lives. My trauma-informed framework incorporates mind, body, and spirit, with a clinical foundation in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved training program.

Inclusive & Affirming Therapy

My work is rooted in inclusion and cultural humility. I strive to create an affirming therapeutic space for clients who are racially and ethnically diverse, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and from underrepresented faith backgrounds.

My goal is to help clients balance personal and professional demands while reducing anxiety and overthinking, healing from past wounds, strengthening relationships, increasing self-worth, and quieting the inner critic.

Education & Background

Originally from Texas, I earned my BA from the University of Southern California (Magna Cum Laude) before completing my MA in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University (Summa Cum Laude). I also founded Aligned Therapy Collective, a boutique mental health private practice in Austin, Texas.

Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult season or simply hoping to understand yourself more fully, therapy can provide the opportunity for meaningful, lasting change.
