I first came to breathwork in my own therapy. I had done years of deep inner work, but nothing moved trauma or energy for me the way breathwork did. It cracked something open. It gave me access to parts of myself that talk therapy couldn’t quite reach. I’ve been breathing ever since — and now I guide others through the same healing, in West Hollywood and online.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an intentional, conscious breathing practice. I work with gentle, connected breathing to invite emotional release, energetic clearing, and a return to your body — your truth, your spirit. It’s not about fixing; it’s about feeling. It’s not about doing; it’s about allowing.

For many people, breathwork helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for clarity and self‑compassion.

Why breathwork?

If you’re ready to go deeper — beyond thinking and talking — breathwork offers a direct path inward. This work is for you if you’re longing to:

Let go of what no longer serves you

Move through grief, anger, anxiety, or trauma held in the body

Reconnect with intuition and inner guidance

Ease stress and settle your nervous system

Experience a spiritual or energetic shift

Feel lighter, clearer, and more alive

Each session is different, because each person and each breath is different. But what I often witness is the same: people walk out more open, lighter, softer. More themselves.

What it’s like to work with me

I hold a grounded, intuitive space. I’m with you every step of the way, and I also step back when needed so you can fully have your own process. Your breath leads — I follow.

My sessions are supported by carefully curated music, essential oils, and intention. Set and setting matter to me. I’ve spent years creating atmospheres where healing feels not just possible, but inevitable.

As both a licensed therapist and a trained breathwork facilitator (David Elliott lineage), I bring a trauma‑informed respect for the nervous system, the emotional body, and the unseen.
