Ifirst came to breathwork in my own therapy. I had done years of deep inner work, but nothing moved trauma or energy for me the way breathwork did. It cracked something open. It gave me access to parts of myself that talk therapy couldn’t quite reach. I’ve been breathing ever since — and now I guide others through the same healing, in West Hollywood and online.
Private breathwork: your own experience
Breathwork is deeply personal. What comes up, what moves, and what you need from the experience may be entirely different from someone else’s.
In a private session, we have the time and space to work at your pace. I’ll guide you through the breathing practice while remaining attentive to your comfort, your intentions, and whatever unfolds.
Sessions typically last 75–90 minutes, including time to check in, breathe, and integrate the experience.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen an existing practice, you don’t need to arrive with a particular outcome in mind. Private sessions are available in person in West Hollywood or online, offering flexibility for those who prefer to work from their own space.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an intentional, conscious breathing practice. I work with gentle, connected breathing to invite emotional release, energetic clearing, and a return to your body — your truth, your spirit.
It’s not about fixing; it’s about feeling.
It’s not about doing; it’s about allowing.
For many people, breathwork can offer a way to ease stress, reconnect with the body, and create space for clarity and self-compassion.
Why breathwork?
If you’re ready to go deeper — beyond thinking and talking — breathwork offers a direct path inward. This work is for you if you’re longing to:
• Let go of what no longer serves you
• Make space for grief, anger, anxiety, or difficult emotions
• Reconnect with intuition and inner guidance
• Ease stress and feel more grounded in your body
• Explore a spiritual or energetic shift
• Feel lighter, clearer, and more alive
Each session is different, because each person and each breath is different. But what I often witness is the same: people walk out more open, lighter, softer. More themselves.
What it’s like to work with me
I hold a grounded, intuitive space. I’m with you every step of the way, and I also step back when needed so you can fully have your own process.
Your breath leads — I follow.
My sessions are supported by carefully curated music, essential oils, and intention. Set and setting matter to me. I’ve spent years creating atmospheres that allow people to feel supported as they explore their inner experience.
As both a licensed therapist and a trained breathwork facilitator (David Elliott lineage), I bring a trauma-informed respect for the nervous system, the emotional body, and the unseen.
My background in psychotherapy informs the way I hold space: with sensitivity to emotional complexity, personal history, and the importance of moving at a pace that feels right for you.
Breathwork can be a powerful complement to psychotherapy, but it is also an experience you can explore on its own.
Other ways to work together
In addition to private one-on-one sessions, I offer group experiences, retreat facilitation, and opportunities to integrate breathwork into psychotherapy.
+ Group Breathwork Journeys & Healing Circles
Shared experiences that create space for connection, reflection, and collective exploration.
+ Breathwork for Retreats & Immersions
Facilitated breathwork experiences for retreats, gatherings, and immersive programs.
+ Therapy & Breathwork Integration Sessions
For clients seeking to incorporate breathwork into an ongoing therapeutic process, where appropriate.
Please reach out to discuss which format might be the best fit.
